摘要
本文介绍了80缸径直喷式单缸柴油机燃烧系统中的燃烧室、进气道、喷油泵、喷油器以及高压油管结构参数的优化设计方案,并通过试验说明该燃烧系统具有燃油耗低、低温起动性能好、排放性能优的特点,有实用推广价值。
This paper introduces the combustion chamber, intake system, injection pump, injector of 80 - bore, single cylinder diesel engine, and its optimized plan on structural parameters of high pressure oil pipe. It is also demonstrated that the system is with low fuel consumption, good cold starting performance and emission etc, which is necessary for promotion.
