Analysis and Processing of Malfunction in External Circuit in Dongfeng 5D Diesel Locomotive Controllers

本文结合电路原理介绍了我单位东风5D内燃机车控制器DLC外部电路故障的判断与处理情况,重点对各类故障发生的原因进行全面地分析探讨,使机车电器检修人员熟悉DLC各部分外电路对电路板工作情况的影响,能思路清晰快速准确地找到故障点,顺利消除故障隐患,并明确对DLC外电路维护保养的重点环节,能有针对性地对电路进行维护保养,最大限度地降低故障发生率,有效地保护了DLC电路板,具有推广应用价值。

This paper described analysis to malfunction and processing system of external circuit in Diesel Locomotive Controllers （DLC） applied to Dongfeng 5D locomotives. All the reasons resulting in malfunction are analyzed and discussed in details. Thus the inspector can be familiar with the effects of all external circuit of DLC on circuit board, then determine easily and remove the failures. This system may have a wide application because rate of failure is reduced greatly and the circuit board is protected effectively.
