以现代生产物流技术为基础,将活塞机械加工各工序的生产动作进行分解和抽象,建立计算模型并进行计算机编程,准确计算一人多机情况的生产节拍,为生产物流的优化和重构提供科学的依据。
Based on modem logistics technology, calculation model and progranl are established after the analysis of all steps in the machining process of piston to calculate accurately the rhythm while machining if one operator runs more than one machine at same time and so scientific data is provided for optimization and organization of production logistics.
