摘要
十一烯酸分子内有双键和羧基官能团的存在,可发生许多不同的反应而制得各种精细化工中间产品。本文以三氯化磷为氯化剂制备十一烯酰氯,使十一烯酰氯与谷氨酸单钠盐反应制备了十一烯酰-L-谷氨酸。研究了十一烯酰氯制备、十一烯酰-L-谷氨酸的制备条件,结果表明,实验条件下十一烯酰氯的收率可达80%,十一烯酰-L-谷氨酸的单步收率可达97%。
Undecenoic acid is an important raw material for fine chemicals synthesis. It involves two functional groups, the carboxy group and the olefinic linkage, which can cause several reactions to elaborate into various fine chemicals. In this paper, phosphorus trichloride as chlorinating agent produced undecylenylacyl chloride from oleic acid. The monomer of N-undecylenyl-L-glutamic acid was prepared by the reaction of L-glutamic acid monosodium salt with undecylenylacyl chloride. Preparations of undecylenylacyl chloride and N-undecylenyl-L-glutamic acid were studied. The result sindicated that the yield of undecylenylacyl chloride was 80% and the yield of N-undecylenyl-L-glutamic acid was 97% under the experimental conditions.
