茶叶中茶多酚的提取及其在卷烟中的应用

Extraction of Tea Polyphenol from Tea and Its Application in Cigarettes

本文利用离子沉淀法-树脂吸附法从茶叶中提取分离得到纯度高于97%的茶多酚,其中L-EC,L-EGC,L-ECG,L-EGCG含量分别为4%、12%、19%和64%,将提取茶多酚添加到滤嘴棒中,对其在卷烟中的最佳用量和应用效果进行一系列的应用评价试验,实验结果表明:嘴棒添加了茶多酚的卷烟在抽吸口味上得到了极大的改善,烟气刺激性与杂气均减少,抽吸总体品质明显好于嘴棒不添加了茶多酚的卷烟。

Tea polyphenols was extracted by precipitation-adsorption method. The effective ingredient of the tea polyphenols reached 97%. The contents of L-EC, L-EGC, L-ECG, L-EGCG were 4%, 12%, 19%, 64%, respectively. The different contents of tea polyphenols were added into the cigarette filter, and series of application evaluation of the best consumption and application effect were tested. The results showed that cigarette which added TP into the filter had great reforms in pump taste, thrill of smoke and mixed gas was reduced, in a word, pump collectivity quality was better than the cigarette without TP obviously.
