摘要
本文主要介绍一步制粒机的物料转移过程,探讨何种转移方式最为有效。传统的一步制粒机物料的加入是采用提升加料或真空加料的办法,都不可避免地存在不同的缺点,如投资加大,操作时间延长等等,通过对一步制粒结构上的分析得知,利用一步制粒自身的离心风机实现物料的加入是效率最高的方法,原因在于不需要增加任何设备及设施,投入省,操作时间快捷,可有效提高生产效率等。
This paper mainly introduced the material transfer process of one-step manufacture granule machine, and discussed the most effective transfer methods. Traditional one-step manufacture granule machine material adopted raising feed or feed vacuum method to add materials, which existed different defects, such as high investments, long operation time and so on. Through the structure analysis of one-step manufacture granule machine, it was known that using its own fan of one-step manufacture granule machine was the most effective method of adding materials, because it had the advantages of no adding any else equipment and facilities, low costs and fast operating time, high product efficiency and so on.
