摘要
济钢烧结厂自1994年投产以来,成品筛分先后使用过直线筛,双轴椭圆振动筛,悬臂棒条筛等,但效果均不理想。2006年,该厂对成品整粒系统进行了改造,优化了筛分工艺布局,并采用了新型的三轴等厚椭圆振动筛。改造后成品烧结矿的含粉率降低,铺底料粒度改善,满足了生产需要。
Since the commissioning in 1994,the №1 sintering plant in JINAN I&S Co.various screens has been employed in product sizing system,such as straight screen,double axes ellipse vibration screen,cantilever bar screen etc,but all of these are not satisfactory.So the modification of product sinter screen system was conducted in 2006,during this modification,the screen process arrangement was optimized,and the three axes equal-thickness ellipse vibration screen was adopted.As a result,the fine ratio in product sinter was reduced,the hearth layer grain was satisfied and the production requirement was fulfilled.
