摘要
某矿4302轨道平巷原有的锚杆支护技术不能有效的发挥作用,导致部分巷道变形严重,维护条件差,维护费用高。针对该轨道平巷地质生产条件,提出了3种可行的支护方案,采用数值模拟方法模拟研究了不同方案的应力分布、塑性区范围以及巷道表面位移特征,通过比较分析,确定了合理的支护方案。现场实测表明,采用新支护方案后,围岩变形得到有效控制。
Original bolt-supporting technology of rail roadway 4302 played little role in supporting, so it led to severe deformation , bad maintaining conditions and high maintaining cost of roadway. According to geological conditions of the roadway, three practical supporting schemes were presented. Stress distribution, plastic zone distribution, displacement of roadway's surface were studied by the method of numerical simulation under every scheme. Then a reasonable supporting scheme was decided through comparison. The actual measurement showed that the deformation of surrounding rock was controlled effectively adapting a new supporting scheme.
