摘要
合作学习对教师角色提出了新的要求。合作学习要求教师不再仅仅是知识的单向呈现者、传递者,而是要更多地与学生互动。教师和学生在完成教学任务时是共同探究的搭档。教师是作为学习目标的制定者、学习任务的设计者、学习技能的培训者、学习方法的选择者、学习活动的管理者和学习成果的评估者等角色全程参与学生学习活动的。
Cooperative learning has set a new demand on teachers' role, that is they are more than the one-way presenter and transmitter of knowledge, and there should be more interaction between students and them, for they are partners in their exploration to complete the teaching task. A teacher, as a maker of learning objectives, a designer of learning task, a trainer of learning skills, a selector of learning methods, an administrator of learning activities, and an assessor of learning results etc., takes an active part in studentg learning activities.
