摘要
大学生价值观形成内化过程是由接受对象、接受信息、内化践行环境三因素及其相互作用构成。大学生的认知结构、价值取向、意志品格决定着其价值观的接受倾向及内化的过程。内化践行环境具有验证、巩固或改变原有的价值观的作用。应树立"以人为本"的教育理念、加强价值观理论创新与现实的贯通性、确立大学生内化践行的真实参照系和导向标,以增强德育的实效。
The process of the internalization of the university students' value consists of the 3 factors of objects, information and the environment for internalization and their interaction students' cognition structure ,value tendency, will moral character decide the internalization process and accepting direction.The environment has the role of testing, consolidating or altering the oviginal value.We should have the educational idea of humanity,euhance the innovation of value theory and penetration in reality ,establish the real reference system and guidance for students' practice in their value internalization so as to improve the efficiency of ethic education.
