关节镜手术治疗踝关节软组织撞击综合征

Arthroscopic treatment of ankle soft tissue impingement syndrome

目的探讨关节镜下踝关节软组织撞击综合征的临床治疗效果。方法自2000-11～2004-12对16例踝关节软组织撞击综合征进行了关节镜手术,镜下切除造成撞击的组织,同时对其进行了病理学检查。结果本组16例患者获得随访,随访时间6～22个月,平均13个月,根据疗效标准,优50%(8踝),良31.25%(5踝),可18.75%(3踝),优良率81.25%。结论踝关节镜是治疗踝关节软组织撞击综合征的有效诊治技术。

Objective To investigate the arthroscopie treatment effects of impingement syndrome of the ankle joint. Methods A total of 16 cases of impingement syndrome of the ankle joint underwent arthroscopic operations from November 2000 to December 200d.The impinged soft tissue were removed under arthroscopy.The resected tissue were pathologically examined following surgery.Results At an average of 13 months （6-22 months） of follow up, the resuh was excellent in 50%（8 ankles）,good in31.25%（5 ankles）,and fair in18.75%（5 ankles）.Conclusion Arthroscopic examination and operation is an effective diagnosis and treatment for patients with impingement syndrome of the ankle joint.
