钙离子拮抗剂治疗动脉粥样硬化的现状 被引量:2

摘要 钙离子拮抗剂(CCB)是目前心血管领域内最常应用的药物之一,它主要用于治疗高血压病、心绞痛、心律失常、肥厚型心肌病及慢性心功能不全等方面,是目前应用非常广泛和频率较高的药物。近年来随着对CCB研究深入,越来越多的研究显示除降压以外CCB还具有抗动脉粥样硬化的作用。
