Based on the summary of working experiences about enterprise quality management for many years, it is thought that quality management system can be constructed and perfected continuously and its value-added function can be given full scope only by means of a solid implement of standards, the strict management behaviors of quality sequences, the all-round implement of process control and the sustaining improvement of quality system. Thereby, the general level of quality management in enterprises can be raised gradually so as to make the long-acting mechanism of quality management in enterprises established.
