摘要
现代经济和社会发展及社会治安的现实，要求培养人民警察创新意识，启迪创新思维，不断开发、提高人民警察的创新能力。开发人民警察创新能力的途径主要有：学习、实践并善于从平凡中创新。
Modern economic and social development and the reality of social security require to train the people＇s police＇s innovative consciousness, inspire the innovative thinking, and to cultivate the people＇s police＇s innovation ability constantly. To develop the people＇s police＇s innovation ability, the best way is to study, practice and learn to innovate from the small things.
