摘要
TiO2是一种重要的无机功能材料,TiO2纳米管阵列在许多技术领域具有广阔的应用前景.本文综述了TiO2纳米管阵列的制备方法如模板法和阳极氧化法,以及不同制备条件得到的纳米管阵列的形貌特征,通过讨论当前对TiO2纳米管阵列形成机理的不同研究结果,说明TiO2纳米管阵列形成过程中阳极氧化电流随时间的变化趋势,以及这种变化对纳米管阵列微结构的影响因素.最后对TiO2纳米管阵列的应用、发展趋势和需要解决的问题作了简要的阐述.
The titanium oxide is an importance inorganic material and the titanium oxide nanotube arrays have a vast technology application prospect. The preparations methods of titanium oxide nanotube arrays such as template synthesis and anodization are explained and the appearance characterize are summarized. By means introducing the different views of titanium oxide nanotube arrays forming mechanism, the paper discusses the change of electric current-time curves and the effect on the microstructure of the titanium oxide nanotube arrays. Finally the applications, the trend of development and the problems needed to be solved are discussed.
