摘要
以鲁荷红、藏娇、脂红、胡红4个牡丹品种为试材,研究了土壤含水率对其生理生化特性的影响.结果表明,随着土壤含水率的升高,牡丹叶片的脯氨酸(Proline)含量、叶片电导率、过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性升高;丙二醛(MDA)含量呈先升后降的趋势;蛋白质含量、叶片相对含水量、过氧化物酶(POD)活性下降;SOD变化不稳定.高土壤水分胁迫下,牡丹的叶绿素合成受阻.总体而言,随土壤含水率的升高,牡丹叶片的游离脯氨酸含量、MDA含量、CAT活性3个指标的变化趋势比较一致,可作为牡丹耐土壤含水率的鉴定指标.
Effect of soil relative moisture content physiological and biochemical characteristics of peony were investigated, selecting 4 different species of peony as experimental material. The results indicated: with the rising of soil moisture content, the praline content, the conductivity, and the cat activity went up; MDA content went up fast and then down; the protein content, SRWC of leaves, and pop activity declined; variation of SOD was not stable. Stressed by high SWC, synthesis of CHL was obstructed. In general, with the rising of SWC, 3 indicators, the praline content, MDA content, and CAT activity presented a consistent variation trend. Thus, it could be used as identification indicators of peony.
