摘要
由于劳动体制转轨时期各种利益关系的冲突,劳动争议呈急剧上升趋势,加上劳动立法相对滞后,新问题、新矛盾迭出,潜伏着大量劳动争议。正确及时处理劳动争议,不仅有利于维护劳动关系双方的合法权益,而且有利于劳动关系的协调发展,促进改革的深化和社会稳定。
As a result of various benefit relations conflicts in transition of the labor system, the labor disputes assume the sudden trend of escalation, in addition labor legislation relatively lags behind, the new problems and new contradictions result in massive labor disputes. Correct prompt processing labor disputes not only is advantageous to maintain the lawful rights and interests of both parties, but also advantageous to coordinate labor relations and deepen reform and maintain social stability.
