摘要
介绍了CD/MD型葫芦改制产品的共同特点。对齿轮、齿条传动结构进行了设计计算。提出了特殊工况下存在问题的解决办法。指出了在日益增多的特殊起重作业环境中,增加一些对产品的有限元分析和模块化优化设计,可将该种电动葫芦更加广泛地推广与应用。
This paper presents common features of rebuilt product based on the typical CD/MD hoists. The gear- rack drive is designed. Some measures are proposed to be taken in special application. It is concluded that finite element analysis and modular optimal design is helpful to promote this kind of electric hoists.
