摘要
利用组织结构、薪酬体系和组织文化三个因素可摆脱公司内创业所面临的代理问题、控制问题和风险分担这三种困境,从而创造一个良好的内创业环境。
The paper proposes that organizational structure, salary system and organizational culture will help the company get rid of three dilemmas: agency problem, control problem and risk sharing, which can create a good organization environment for entrepreneurship.
