摘要
针对高速并条机自调匀整控制周期短、实时性要求高的特点,本文对并条机自调匀整控制系统的硬件和软件进行了研究。采用了基于硬件触发的定长中断,保证了在高速下的精确控制,显著提高了控制精度。在上下位机通讯中采用了基于CAN总线的中断方式,提高人机界面的交互速度。同时,在软件结构上采用了双中断技术,克服了相互冲突和干扰等难题,降低了控制系统的硬件成本。并条机自调匀整控制系统的试验取得了较好的效果。
Considering on the high-speed drawing frame's feature of a short control period and a high realtime requirement, a kind of auto-leveling control system for drawing frame is studied the fixed-length interrupt is used to ensure the precision during high speed auto-leveling. CAN Bus based on interrupt is used to improve the CPU's efficiency and the speed of HMI communication. At the same time, some problemslike conflict and obstruction are resolved in a double interrupt system and the costs reduced. The control system is used well in developing a new type of high-speed drawing frame.
