盐酸川芎嗪注射液预防过敏性紫癜性肾炎的临床研究

Clinical research on ligustrazine hydrochloride injection for preventing henoch-schonlein purpura nephritis

目的观察川芎嗪注射液预防过敏性紫癜性肾炎(HSPN)的疗效。方法纳入75例过敏性紫癜(HSP)患儿,随机分2组:对照组39例给予抗过敏、抗炎等常规治疗,观察组36例在常规治疗基础上应用盐酸川芎嗪注射液治疗,两组疗程均为2周,随访时间6月。随访期间复查尿常规、凝血四项。比较两组临床疗效、肾炎发生率及凝血异常发生率。结果观察组临床疗效明显高于对照组,而肾炎发生率显著低于对照组;治疗初两组凝血异常发生率相似,治疗后观察组凝血异常发生率明显降低。结论(1)盐酸川芎嗪注射液可明显提高HSP临床疗效,降低HSPN发生率,纠正HSP机体的凝血功能异常;(2)随访期间监测凝血功能,可及时预测HSPN的发生。

Aim To observe the prevention effect of ligustrazine hydrochloride injection on henoch-schonlein purpura nephritis（HSPN）.Methods Seventy-five cases of henoch-schonlein purpura（HSP）were collected and divided into 2 groups at random：the treatment group（n=36） and the control group（n=39）.The patients in the treatment group were given extra treatment of ligustrazine hydrochloride injection on the basis of routine therapy and ordinary treatment adopted in the control group.Treatment lasted for 2 weeks and follow-up was 6 months.During the follow-up time,urine routine,coagulation function（PT,APTT,TT and fibrinogen）were monitored.The therapeutic efficacy,the incidence of HSPN and coagulation abnormalities were compared between both groups.Results The clinical effect of the treatment group was superior to the control group significantly.The incidence of HSPN in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group significantly.At the beginning of treatment,both group have the same incidence of coagulation function.However,after treatment the incidence of coagulation function in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group.Conclusions Ligustrazine hydrochloride injection can improve the efficacy of HSP and deduce the incidence of HSPN and correct the coagulation abnormalities.During the follow-up,to monitor coagulation function is helpful to predict the incidence of HSPN.
