HPLC法测定感冒止咳颗粒中葛根素的含量

Determination of puerarin in ganmaozhike granule by HPLC

目的测定感冒止咳颗粒中葛根素的含量。方法采用十八烷基硅烷键合硅胶柱;流动相为甲醇-1.8%醋酸溶液（25∶75）为流动相,检测波长为250 nm;流速为1 ml·min^-1。结果葛根素线性范围5.915～47.32μg平均回收率为99.4%,RSD=0.5%（n=6）。结论该方法不仅操作简单,准确,且重现性好,可用于该制剂的质量控制。

Aim To determine the content of puerarin by RP-HPLC in Ganmaozhike granule.Methods The determination was carried out with Kromasil C18 column.The mobile phase consisted of CH3OH-1.8% CH3COOH（25∶ 75）.The flow rate was 1ml·min^-1 and the detection wavelength was at 250 nm.Results The content of ganmaozhike granule puerarin can be determined by HPLC.The linear concentration range was 5.915～47.32 μg and the average recovery was 99.4%,with RSD being 0.5%（n=6）.Conclusion The method is simple,accurate and can be used to control the quality of ganmaozhike granule.
