HPLC法测定速克感冒片中阿司匹林、绿原酸的含量

Determination of content of aspirin and chlorogenic acid in kuaikeganmao tablet by HPLC method

目的建立速克感冒片中绿原酸和阿司匹林的含量测定方法。方法采用高效液相色谱法,色谱柱C18柱（250 mm×4.6mm,5μm）,测定阿司匹林的流动相为甲醇-水-冰醋酸（26∶23∶1）、检测波长为280 nm。测定绿原酸的流动相为甲醇-水-冰醋酸（13∶87∶1）、检测波长为327nm。结果线性范围：阿司匹林30.65～490.4 mg·L^-1（r^2=0.999 6）、绿原酸5.4～108 mg·L^-1（r^2=0.999 9）。加样回收率：阿司匹林为99.55%,RSD为0.38%（n=6）;绿原酸为98.78%,RSD为0.56%（n=6）。结论本方法操作简单、结果准确,可作为控制本品质量的方法。

Aim To establish a method for the determination of aspirin and chlorogenic acid in kuaikeganmao tablets.Methods The HPLC method was used.The samples were separated by C18column（250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm）;The Mobile phase of Asprin was Methanol-Water-Acetic acid（26∶ 23∶ 1）,and the flow rate was 1.0 ml·min^-1.The detection wavelength was 280 nm;The Mobile phase of chlorogenic acid was Methanol-Water-Acetic acid（13∶ 87∶ 1）,and the flow rate was 1.0 ml·min^-1.The detection wavelength was 327 nm.Results The linear range of aspirin was between 30.65 and 490.4 mg·L^-1（r^2=0.999 6） and that of chlorogenic acid was from 5.4 to 108 mg·L^-1（r^2=0.999 9）.The average recovery of aspirin was 99.55%,and RSD was 0.38%;and that of chlorogenic acid was 98.78%,and RSD was 0.56%.Conclusion The method is easy,quick,accurate and can be used for quality control of Kuaikeganmao tablet.
