蓄能保温砖的制备和保温性能实验

摘要 基材砖体以粉煤灰和硅酸钠为主要原料制备,砖体内部填充定量的水合盐相变储能包覆材料后,制备了一种新型复合储能建材——粉煤灰胶体保温蓄能砖(PCM砖)。对该砖体进行了48h的仿真环境热学性能试验,与普通红砖进行了对比,试验结果表明,由于储能的作用,PCM砖起到了调节温度热波动的作用。热流的波动幅度被削弱,作用的时间被推后,将温度变化维持在较小的范围内,可作为保温墙体材料进行应用。 Taking fly ash and sodium silicate as major raw material to prepare backing brick body, then fill quantitative hydrous salt phase change energy storage cladding material into the backing brick, thus a new kind of composite energy storage building material-fly ash colloidal insulating energy storage brick (pCM brick) is prepared. The emulation of environment thermal performance test is made on the brick for 48 hours and compared with common red brick. The test results indicate that the PCM brick plays a role in tuning the fluctuations of temperature as a result of energy storage. With decrease of the fluctuation range of heat flow, the time of operation is delayed, and the change of temperature is limited. So the PCM brick can be used as thermal insulation wall material.
