摘要
教育部批准设置的华文教育专业属于教育学科。本文对该专业的定位和海外华文教育对师资素质的需求进行了分析,同时指出,虽然该专业设置对缓解海外华文教育的紧张局面尚不能够起到立竿见影的效果,但是对海外华文教育的长足发展却有着非同小可的意义,有利于海外华文教育师资队伍建设的可持续发展。海外对汉语学习需求的多样性决定了华文教育师资培养的复杂性,由此引出的问题值得我们注意。
The Ministry of Education in China has given the approval of setting up a Bachelor of Education Program in Teaching Chinese Overseas. Through evaluation and analysis we concluded that it seems that the program may help little to relieve the tension in meeting the urgent needs now for qualified teachers of Chinese overseas. But it is a significant move towards the long-term growth of the overseas Chinese education. It definitely will facilitate the sustainable development of a team of qualified teachers for overseas Chinese education. Variation in the needs of Chinese makes it a very complicated task in teacher training, which needs to be seriously addressed.
