摘要
针对曲柄摆块输入少齿差传动,用虚位移原理计算机构瞬时传动比,在此基础上深入研究了啮合力和支座反力随曲柄转角的变化规律,讨论了传动机构的运动稳定性和应用前景。
For the small tooth difference transmission using a crank and rotating slider as input unit, the instant speed ratio is calculated by means of the virtual displacement method.Then the relationship between meshing force, reacting forces of supports and crank rotation are analyzed detailedly.The motion stability as well as prospect of application of this transmission are also discussed in this paper.
