摘要
基于MSC.PATRAN/NASTRAN有限元建模分析平台对城市轨道交通地铁屏蔽门进行了静态分析,通过评价地铁屏蔽门结构的合理性及结构静态强度和刚度,分析得到了静态下的最大应力与最大变形,并且与设计要求进行比较。计算了屏蔽门刚度和强度较小的位置,对屏蔽门设计具有一定的参考作用。在此基础上,以分析结果为依据,提出了屏蔽门进一步改进和优化设计的方案。
This article analyzes the city track transportation subway shield gate statically the platform based on the MSC.PATRAN/NASTRAN finite element modeling. Through appraisal of rationality, structure static state intensity and rigidity subway shield gate structure, it obtains the biggest stress and the biggest distortion under the static state and carries on the comparison with the design request. It also calculates the shield gate rigidity and an intensity in smaller position, it has the certain reference function to shields the gate design. In this foundation it takes analyze results as basis, proposes plans of further improvement and the optimized design of the shield gate.
