住宅建筑的文化精神性研究

The Study of Housing Buildings′ Culture and Spirit

结合我国不同时期的社会、经济、技术、市场等方面的因素,按时间顺序,总结了我国居住建筑不同时期的文化特色,同时结合当前的国情及国外居住建筑先进的理念,提出我国住宅建筑今后的文化发展之路:对传统居住建筑文化精华的继承,通过传统住宅元素的提取,融入到现代的住宅创作中;新技术的运用和对外来文化的吸收,学习借鉴发达国家的技术和经验,贯彻实施"走可持续发展之路、建设节约型社会"的战略,通过技术提升住宅的文化品味,是住宅文化精神性发展的新方向。

This article summarizes the different periods＇ culture characteristics combining the factors of economy, technology, market and so on, and combing our national conditions with the advanced experiences of the foreign housing buildings, putting forward the direction of culture development of our housing buildings ： at first, the inheriting of the rational housings culture, by the submitting of the traditional elements, blending it with the modern housing creation;then, the utilizing of the new technology and the abstracting of the foreign culture, studying the advanced countries＇ experiences, and carrying out the strategy of ＂sustainable development and constructing economic society＂, improving the housings＇ culture by technology, and it is the new direction of the housings＇ culture development.
