立窑水泥厂改造的探讨

Approach to technical conversion for shaft kiln

根据“七五”期间“在流化床锅炉内直接生产低标号水泥”的试验结果，提出以循环流化床锅炉煅烧水泥生料球并发电，再经短回转窑烧成熟料的新工艺来改造立窑水泥厂，可收到提高水泥质量、解决电力不足和废渣污染等一举多得的效果。

According to the result of cement produced directly in recycling fluidized bed boiler during the 7th five -year plan,a new process for conversion of shaft kiln cement plant is put forword which is to barn the raw meal ball and generate the electricity is in recycling fluidized ben boiler and then meal is burned to clinker in short rotary kiln. Several results such as improving cement quality、increasing electrical power and reducing process residue pollution are abtained.
