Design of Wound Area Measurement System for studies of wound repair

目的:设计一种基于图像处理技术的伤口面积测量系统。方法:为伤口设置已知面积的参考物,运用图像处理方法测量伤口面积。结果:将系统用于动物模型实验,测量伤口面积,达到了预期效果。结论:该伤口面积测量系统适用于在创伤修复研究中测量伤口面积。

Objective To design Wound Area Measurement System based on the digital image processing. Methods A reference object whose area is known to the wound is set and the digital image processing is utilized to measure the wound area. Results The system was used in the experiment of animal model, and the anticipated results were achieved. Conclusion The system is fit for measuring the wound area in the studies of wound repair.
