摘要
目的:利用铅挡技术来阻断直线加速器X射线对正常组织或敏感器官的破坏,以治疗大面积、不规则恶性淋巴瘤。方法:通过对患者的体位固定、模拟机拍片、靶区勾画、铅挡制作及铅挡验证等方法来实现。结果:能切实有效地解决恶性淋巴瘤患者在放射治疗中存在面积大、挡点多等治疗难题。讨论:根据临床实践,对实现大面积不规则照射野的方法原理进行探讨,力求新途径。
Objective To apply lead block technology to the interdiction of X-ray destroy from linear accelerator to normal tissues and sensitive organs so as to treat large fields and irregular malignant lymphoma. Methods The steps were as follows: ( 1 ) immobilizing patients; (2) simulator photographing; (3) sketching targets; (4) tailoring lead block; (5)validating lead block. Results Problems of large fields and more targets were solved in radiotherapy for malignant lymphoma patients. Conclusion Based on clinical practice, new methods was found for realizing large irregular radiation fields.
