摘要
目的:探讨VEGF-C对宫颈癌Hela细胞增殖和凋亡的影响。方法:采用MTT比色法,检测不同浓度的VEGF-C对宫颈癌Hela细胞增殖的结果:及采用流式细胞仪检测VEGF-C联合顺铂(DDP)对宫颈癌Hela细胞凋亡的影响。结果:随着VEGF-C的浓度的逐渐升高,由50ng/ml、100ng/ml、150ng/ml、升至200ng/ml,Hela细胞的增殖率逐渐增加;不同浓度的VEGF-C预处理Hela细胞48h后,细胞的凋亡率依次下降。结论:VEGF-C能促进宫颈癌Hela细胞的增殖,抑制DDP诱导宫颈癌细胞Hela的凋亡。
Objective : To investigate the effect of VEGF-C on the proliferation and apoptosis of Hela cell, Methods: Flow cytometry and MTT assays were used to determined the growth inhabition and Cell cycle, Apoptosis index(AI)after different concentration of human recombinded VEGF-C and DDP. Result; The proliferation of Hela cell transfected by VEGF-C antisense oligonucleotide, measured with MTT assays, was significantly decended. Conclusions: Flow cytometry rneasured, human recombinded VEGF-C can inhibited the apoptosis of Hela cell, indused by DDP .
