急诊显微镜下泪小管吻合术的临床观察

A clinical study on lacrimal duct anastomosis under microscope in emergency.

目的探讨在显微镜下行泪小管吻合术的手术效果。方法回顾总结1999年3月～2002年12月共急诊收治的67例泪小管断裂在显微镜下手术的病人资料。结果手术中所有患者都找到泪小管断端,手术成功率97.01%,术后随访中治愈及好转率95.38%。结论在显微镜下手术因手术显微镜放大倍数高、亮度好且具有双目立体视觉可提高泪小管断端的查找率和手术吻合的成功率。

Objective To investigate the treatment results of lacrimal duct anastomosis under microscope. Methods Lacrimal duct anastomosis were performed on 67 cases under microscope from March 1999 to December 2002. The data of the patients were analysed. Results Lacrimal duct break point were all found during operation. The success rate of the operation was 97.01% ,the healing and improvement rate were 95.38%. Conclusions The microscope for operation has good magnification and brightness with stereo vision. It can improve finding rate and successful anastomosis rate during the operation.
