中西诚信观的异同及其现实价值

On the Difference of Chinese and Western Idea of Faithfulness and Its Practical Significance

随着我国社会主义市场经济的不断完善,对社会的诚信环境和公民诚信的道德素质提出了更高的要求。诚信是人类社会特有的一种道德现象,无论中西方都把诚信作为道德中最生根的基础规范加以重视,如何构建现代新的诚信体系,需要我们对中西诚信思想历史进行考察比较,批判地继承中西方传统的诚信思想,形成适应市场经济的现代的诚信观念。

With the development and improvement of the market economy in China, higher requirements for the social environment of faithfulness and citizen＇s qualification in faithfulness are proposed. As a special moral phenomenon in the human society, faithfulness is attached to great importance in both China and western countries as the essential foundation of morality. To construct a new modern faithfulness system requires us to research and compare the Chinese and western philosophy of faithfulness, critically inheriting the traditional philosophy of faithfulness of both the Chinese and western society to form the modern idea of faithfulness suitable for the market economy.
