台湾是第二次世界大战后农村经济社会发展速度较快、效果较好的地区之一。台湾的农村建设经历了农业支持工业、工业反哺农业、顺应经贸自由化三个阶段,其中的成功经验对大陆正在进行的新农村建设具有重要启示,值得我们学习和借鉴。

As one of the areas with rapid and efficient economic and social development in rural area, Taiwan＇s countryside construction has undergone three phases, namely, agriculture supporting industry, industry redounding agriculture and economy and trade liberalization. Its successful experience is very helpful to the new countryside construction in the Mainland and worth learning and borrowing for reference.
