The award and punishment theory and practice display different characteristic in the Legalist School and the Mohist School,for the theory foundation is different. As theory basis, principle and effectiveness of the award and punishment are concerned, the Legalist School emphasizes humanism, while the Mohist School emphasizes mysticism, and that, the Legalist School＇s logic is thorough whereas the Mohist School seems careless.
