Historical cities are regarded as the "classical works" among the cities. Its long history and profound culture will become the important foundation of the promotion of city core competence. The goal of band cultural construction is to build the unique and representative culture that the historical cities own only in the long history. Band cultural construction has an important role in the promotion of city core competence.
