摘要
通过对普通院校学术交流的现状分析,提出了开展好学术交流工作的途径,对普通院校开展学术交流工作具有一定的借鉴意义。
This paper researches into the current situation of academic exchange ,the pattern of management and its effect. It will serve as a good reference for carrying out academic exchange in normal universities or colleges.
