舍格伦综合症55例临床及X线研究

CLINICAL AND RADIOGRAPHIC STUDY OF SJ

本文报道我院近５年来５５例舍格伦综合征的临床及Ｘ线表现，其中女性４１例，男性１４例，女性占７５％，高发年龄４０岁以上４４例，占８０％。本文就其临床表现及Ｘ线造影进行讨论，同时将影像诊断分为四型。５５例中，５０例初诊为ＳＳ，５例初诊为慢性化脓性炎症。影像诊断与临床诊断之初诊符合率达９０．９％。少数ＳＳ患者早期，特别是腮腺反复肿胀、口眼干燥不明显，易误诊为慢性化脓性腮腺炎，对这种ＳＳ亚临床型，作者认为除临床各种检查外，应做双侧造影检查，并随访观察。

Sjgren's Syndrome is an autoimmune disease.It consists of three signs,dryness of the mouth,eye and rheumatoid arthritis.There were two of above signs could be diagnosed as Sjgren's Syndrome in the clinical practice.But this diagnostic criterion lacks of objective index. From 1991 to 1996,we used sialography in 55 patients of Sjgren's Syndrome by means of the injection 60% urotrafin.This disease was divided into 4 types by radiodiagnosis.At same time the clinical manifestation was associated.Of the 55 patients,50 had a clinical diagnosis of Sjgren's Syndrome,whereas 5 were diagnosed as chronic pyogenic parotitis according with the radiographic diagnosis. The result showed that radiographic diagnosis approximately tallied with the clinical diagnosis.But some patients,who were not clear parotid recurrent swelling and dryness of mouth and eye in early stage,were probably made an erroneous diagnosis as chronic pyogenic parotitis. We suggested that it was important to make sialography for this subclinical group of Sjgren's Syndrome.At present,sialography was of great value for diagnosis of Sjgren's Syndrome.
