近年来,医疗活动中的隐私侵权现象备受关注。实践中存在医务人员向无关人员传播病案信息、超出职责范围需要刺探了解、故意泄露、公开传播、故意侵扰以及直接侵入身体隐蔽部位等几种常见类型。为此,可以通过强化医务人员的自律意识、对患者进行宣传引导及完善相关法律法规体系等方面,逐步减少和杜绝此类现象发生。
