摘要 血管生成素样蛋白(ANGPTL)是近年来发现的一类新的分泌性糖蛋白。虽然ANGPTL与血管生成素(Ang)在组成上具有一定的同源性,也具有相似的结构域,但在功能上与Ang又有明显的不同。作为一类新的蛋白族群,ANGPTL的许多方面仍有待于研究。作者就ANGPTL的结构和功能等方面的研究情况作一综述,并对AN-GPTL研究中存在的一些问题提出了一些看法。 Angiopoietin like protein (ANGPTL) are a group of newly found secretory glycoproteins, which are homologous in sequence with angiopoietins, and involved in vascular remodeling, structure maintaining and angiogenesis. However, the function of ANGPTL is quite different from that of angiopoietins. Besides their possible role in angiogenesis, ANGPTL also seem to have roles in animal metabolism. As a newly found group of proteins, only a fewer of property of those proteins has been discovered. In this article, the advance in the investigation of ANGPTL is reviewed.
