秃杉异龄复层混交林群落抑菌功能研究

Study on Bacteriostasis by Uneven-aged Multi-Storied Mixed Forest Community of Taiwanic flousiana

用自然沉降法,采集复层混交林内秃杉树冠1.5～1.6m层空气测定含菌量。研究表明,复层林群落具有显著的抑菌功能。与距群落35m的景区道路空地对照相比,一日中10:00时段抑菌功能最强。4～11月、12月抑菌率达80%以上;以秃杉年生长始期(4月中旬)和第2次生长峰值期(9月中旬)抑菌率最高,达92%以上。春、秋两季典型时段(9:30～10:00)群落空气含菌量分别比对照减少6160个/m3、4377个/m3;初夏(5月中旬)和盛夏(7月中旬)分别减少1874个/m3和2477个/m3。与距群落500～600m景区出口市区道路空地对照相比,春季典型时段空气含菌量减少9384个/m3,秋季典型时段空气含菌量减少8204个/m3。研究结果为秃杉在景区森林建设中发掘应用提供了依据。

The bacteria contents in the air of 1.5 - 1.6 m crown layer for Taiwanicflousiana in different-aged multi-storied mixed forest community were detected by the method of natural precipitation method. The results showed that the multi-storied forest community was of remarkable bacteriostasis. The rate of bacteria inhibiting of the community attained over 80% from April to December. Of which, the rate of bacteria inhibiting were the highest attaining 92% in beginning （ the middle ten days of April） and second growth peak （ the middle ten days of September） periods. Of which, its function of bacteriostasis was the strongest at 10：00 am. Comparing with the contrast of open ground for scenic spot road 35 m away from community, we found that the bacterial contents in the air of community for typical period of 9：30 - 10 ：00 am in spring and fall reduced 6 160/m^3 and 4 377/m^3 respectively, reducing 1 874/m^3 and 2 477/m^3 respectively in early summer and midsum- mer. And compared with the side of urban district for scenic spot exit 500 -600 m away from community, the bacteria in the air was decreased 9 384/m^3 and 8 204/m^3 respectively.
