摘要
采用高效液相色谱法,以总黄酮醇苷、总内酯和总银杏酸为测定指标,对半同胞家系种质资源银杏叶的质量进行分析与评价,结果表明:半同胞家系种质资源银杏叶中3个指标成分的含量波动较大,总黄酮醇苷含量范围为3.644~8.119mg/g,总内酯含量范围为2.890~5.768mg/g、总银杏酸含量范围为6.070~20.148mg/g,三因素综合评价品质也有较大的差异。本研究为叶用银杏优良品种选育提供科学依据。
Using total flavonoids, total terpene lactones, and total ginkgolic acids in leaves as index, HPLC method was applied to analyze and evaluate the quality of ldioplasmic Resource of Ginkgo biloba' s half-sib. The results showed that the content of total flavonoids, total terpene lactones, and total ginkgolic acids in Ginkgo biloba leaves of half-sib was 3. 644 - 8. 119 mg/g,2. 890 -5. 768 mg/g, and 6. 070 -20. 148 mg/g, respectively. Synthetically, the quality of ldioplasmic Re- sources of Ginkgo biloba's half-sib had obvious differences. These results would provide a scientific basis for the selecting and breeding of superior varieties of Ginkgo biloba for leave production.
