摘要
经济全球化发展加快了企业的国际化进程。国际化企业中人力资源管理存在着沟通障碍、文化差异等跨文化问题。采用国际化、标准化、量化的语言管理模式,提高国际化企业经理人员的跨文化素养,充分认识文化差异的客观性,培养多元文化意识,增强文化敏感性和文化适应性,促进双方或多方文化融合是解决这些问题的有效途径。
Globalized economic development has quickened the internationalizing course of enterprises. There are problems of communication impediment and cultural differences in the cross - culture human resource management of internationalized enterprises. Adopting internationalized, standardized and quantitized language management mode, enhancing the cross - culture qualities of the managers in internationalized enterprises, fully understanding the objectivity of cultural difference, cultivating multi - culture consciousness, strengthening cultural sensitivity and adaptability, promoting the amalgamation of two cultures or several cultures are the effective ways to solve the problems.
