摘要
实现企业文化与企业控制机制的有机结合有利于组织目标的实现。不同类型的企业文化对企业内部机制的选择具有重要的影响。宗族型文化与企业战略控制强度正相关,与企业财务控制强度负相关;在创新型企业文化中,企业倾向于采取战略控制;官僚型文化与企业战略控制强度负相关,与企业财务控制强度正相关;在效率型企业文化中,企业倾向于采取财务控制。
Realizing the organic integration of corporate culture and control systems is useful to the realization of enterprises'goals. Different kinds of corporate culture have important influence on the choice of enterprises'interior mechanism. Clan culture is positively related to the intensity of enterprises'strategic control and negatively related to the intensity of enterprises'financial control; in innovation- type corporate culture, enterprises tend to adopt strategic control; bureaucratic culture is negatively related to the intensity of enterprises'strategic control and positively related to the intensity of enterprises'financial control; in efficiency -type corporate culture, enterprises tend to adopt financial control.
