摘要
对马尾松速生材汽蒸预处理后,热压干燥至一定的中间含水率,再用不同的树脂进行表面强化改性处理。考虑到汽蒸处理时间、热压温度、压力、涂胶前木材的含水率、胶的种类、涂胶量对木材的横纹抗压强度(全部)、表面硬度及耐磨性等质量指标有不同的影响,分别以它们为单一质量评价指标进行分析,最后综合各因素评选出了相应的最佳工艺。
After being steamed and press dried to certain middle moisture content, the Fast-growing Pinus massoniana lumber were surface strengthened with different kind of resins. For the steaming time, platen temperature and pressure, moisture content of the wood before being treated with resin, kinds of resin and spreading have different effects upon the com- pressive strength perpendicular to grain( whole), surface hardness and abrasive wearability ere, and the different optimum press drying processes were established according to each effects and synthetical effect correspondently.
