摘要
目的介绍齿科激光焊接技术在正畸临床治疗中的应用范围及方法。方法激光焊接是利用激光能量来焊接2个金属成型品的一种技术。随着激光焊接在传统牙科合金焊接领域的不断强化,在正畸矫治器制作工艺上也逐步得到了良好的运用。在正畸矫治器制作中,除异种合金不宜与钛合金配对焊接外,其他如镍铬合金、钴铬合金的同种、异种金属焊接,以及钛合金的同种焊接均可取得较好的效果。结果与传统银焊相比,焊接方法简单,无需包埋。速度快、耐腐蚀、焊点小、美观。焊接变形小、强度高、失败率低,可进行补救性焊接处理。结论激光焊接可以有效的应用于口腔正畸矫治器的制作和修补中,是一种有推广前途的矫治器制备工艺。
Objective To introduce the application of laser welding in orthodontic appliance. Methods Laser welding is a technology that welds metal objects utilizing laser energy. Along with the development of laser welding in dental alloy welding, it was gradually applied in orthodontic appliance for weld of Ni-Cr alloy,Co-Cr alloy or Titanium alloy. Laser welding is suit for weld of both homogeneous and heterogeneous alloy except that between titanium alloy and others. Results Compared with traditional silver welding, it has a lot of advantages including simpler operation, no embedment, speediness, smaller weld area, anti-corruption, ni- cer looking, less weld distortion, greater intensity, fewer failure, etc. Conclusion Laser welding can be used in either fabrication or repair of orthodontic appliance and the extensive application with spreading prospect.
