树脂改良型玻璃离子粘接剂抑制正畸牙釉质脱矿的临床研究 被引量:4

摘要 目的评价树脂改良型玻璃离子粘接剂在正畸临床应用中抑制牙釉质脱矿的实际效果。方法选择50例患者,采用自身对照的方法,将粘接树脂改良型玻璃离子粘接剂(resin-modified glass ionomer cement,RMGIC)的438颗牙齿设为RMGIC组,粘接复合树脂(composite resin,CR)的446颗牙齿设为CR组,分别在矫治前与矫治后比较两组牙釉质脱矿率和牙釉质脱矿程度。结果矫治前,RMGIC组和CR组牙釉质脱矿率和脱矿程度的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),脱矿牙EDI值多数为Ⅰ度。矫治后,RMGIC组牙釉质脱矿率低于CR组(P<0.01);RMGIC组脱矿牙EDI值多数为Ⅰ度(66.67%),而CR组脱矿牙EDI值大多为Ⅱ度以上(60.53%);Ⅰ度脱矿发生率RMGIC组高于CR组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),Ⅱ度、Ⅲ度以上(包括Ⅲ度)脱矿发生率RMGIC组低于CR组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在正畸治疗中使用树脂改良型玻璃离子粘接剂粘接托槽,能抑制牙釉质脱矿的发生。 Objective To evaluate the effect of the resin-modified glass ionomer cement (RMGIC) on reducing enamel demineralization during orthodontic treatment. Methods Fifty subjects were selected for this clinical study by the split-mouth method . Four hundred and thirty-eight teeth those bonded with RMGIC were used as RMGIC group, four hundred and forty-six teeth bonded with composite resin(CR) were used as CR group. The incidence and severity of enamel demineralization of the two groups were evaluated before and after treatment. Results There was no significant difference between the incidence and severity of enamel demineralization of the two groups before treatment (P〈0.05). The EDI scores for the majority of experimental teeth were Ⅰ . After treatment, the incidence of enamel demineralization of the RMGIC group was lower than that of the CR group (P〈0.01). the DEI for enamel demineralization teeth of RMGIC group almost were I scores (66.67 % ), otherwise the corresponding EDI of the CR group were almost over Ⅱ scores (60.53%). The incidence of decalcification which lesions was Ⅰ score of the RMGIC group was higher than that of the CR group (P〈0.05).the incidence of decalcification which lesions was Ⅱ or over Ⅲ scores (including Ⅲ scores) of RMGIC group was lower than that of CR group(P〈0.05). Conclusion RMGIC can reduce enamel demineralization in orthodontic treatment.
