摘要
随着医疗市场的逐步开放,私立医院和外资/合资医院给公立医院的传统管理模式带来了很大的冲击。企业识别系统(corporate identify system,CIS)已逐步应用于医院文化建设,起着“内聚人心、外塑形象”的作用,但医院文化的丰富内涵也同样决定了CIS的局限性。因此,汲取企业界应用CIS的经验和教训,吸收CIS的精髓,使CIS成为一个完整的有机整体,医院文化才能真正成为医院长期可持续发展的基石。
With the stepwise opening of our medical market, private hospital, joint-stock hospital and foreign capital begin to have high-impact on the traditional management mode of public hospital. Corporate Identify System (CIS) now plays a key role in the construction of hospital culture. On the other side, the CIS also has some limitations due to the complication of hospital cul- ture. To make great effect on sustainable development of the hospital, the construction of hospital culture should learn success and failures of the CIS in corporation management, master the kernel of the CIS, and integrate the CIS with the hospital culture.
