摘要
企业对知识型员工的获取可以通过多种方式实现,市场选择方式便是其中之一。通过探讨知识型员工市场化选择的有效性,分析其市场选择机制,并根据劳动力市场的信号传递博弈模型建立了知识型员工的市场选择模型,从而为企业有效地获取知识型员工提供了理论依据和科学方法。
Enterprise can get knowledge-based staff by many methods including the market. By exploring the efficacy of the selection of knowledge-based staff in market and analyzing the selection mechanism, a selection model of knowledge-based staff in market by using the method of signal passing i~ built. This analysis will be beneficial for both theory building and practices of selecting knowledge-based staff effectually.
